CHAMPAGNE DE SOUSA BRUT ROSÉ (BIO)

 

This organic, biodynamic pink Champagne is mostly Chardonnay (92%) aged in steel tanks and blended with 8% Pinot Noir aged in oak barrels. The unusually high % of Chardonnay (for a rosé) gives it freshness and hints of strawberries & raspberries yet is well balanced, smooth, and ideal not only as an aperitif but with red berry desserts too. 

ABV 12.5%
