PAYTEN & JONES VV SANGIOVESE 2021

Payten & Jones ‘top’ Sangiovese (called unusually “Solera 1 Leuconoe”) made it into Matthew Jukes’ 100 Best Australian Wines 2017/2018. In the meantime this ‘Valley Vignerons’ series tastes of raspberries, juniper and dried herbs and goes particularly well with shoulder of lamb. Delicious on it’s own too!
