Behn Payten & Troy Jones are a couple of real characters who make fantastic boutique wines, by hand, in cold climate Yarra Valley (Victoria). Full of flavour: red cherries, earthiness, oakiness & smokiness all combine to give a very satisfying Pinot from 20 yr old vines made with minimal intervention and a lot of care and attention.
