SIJNN WHITE 2023

Sijnn is located in Malgas in the Agulhas Wine Triangle (the southernmost tip of Africa). They only produce a handful of wines including this delicious white blend of Chenin Blanc (74%) Viognier (15%) Roussanne (6%) and Verdelho (5%). Rich and textured, finely balancing pear & stone fruit flavours with minerality and zesty citrus. It pairs well with most dishes ranging from rich dishes like a creamy mushroom risotto, to light grilled fish dishes. Drink 2025-2030.
